Arsenal have been going through a run of good form in the Premier League as they are now seven games unbeaten in the competition. They will hope for a better display against Wolves on Tuesday than they shown against Manchester United at the weekend for they were lacklustre to say the least.
Wolves are without a win in their last five league matches but they do have the home advantage. Here’s how Arsenal should line-up to give themselves the best possibility of winning…
Arsenal’s No. 1, Bernd Leno
Not a single person will read this and be shocked. Leno was excellent against Manchester United and he is always the first name on the team sheet. I don’t need to tell fans how amazing he is for it is written in scripture by now.
David Luiz</a> will start again. He may have his moments but more often than not, the Brazilian is in the right place at the right time and is solid for Arsenal. He will start against Wolves.</p>
<h2>Rob Holding</h2>
<p>Holding too was solid against United. Since signing the contract extension, he has been playing much more assuredly in the back-line. He will start consistent matches.</p>
<h2>Kieran Tierney</h2>
<p>Unfortunately he had to miss the last game and it showed in the lacklustre attacking effort. Tierney will once again bomb forward for his side and be a pivotal member on the overlap.</p><!—pageview_candidate—><hr id="pagebreak"><div id="attachment_483641" class="wp-caption aligncenter">

<h2>Thomas Partey</h2>
<p>By his standards, Partey underperformed in the last match. But he admitted this and he will be raring to go. Finding full match fitness, it’ll be a test to start two games in quick succession but his presence is needed.</p>
<h2>Granit Xhaka</h2>
<p>I feel like the form of Xhaka has gone somewhat overlooked recently. The Swiss international midfielder has been a solid member of Arsenal’s midfield and he has done his bit defensively too. He won’t mind the quick turnaround in fixtures.</p>
<h2>Martin Odegaard</h2>
<p>If the last game is anything to go by, then Smith Rowe needs a rest. And who better to replace him in the starting XI than one of the world’s best young players? Odegaard got his first taste of football at the weekend, but he will get his first start for the Gunners in this fixture.</p><!—pageview_candidate—><hr id="pagebreak"><div id="attachment_483164" class="wp-caption aligncenter">

<p>As a fan, you always want to see your best player in the starting XI. It’s never a satisfying feeling to seeing them rest, from a selfish point of view. But don’t fear, for Saka will be back against Wolves and his electrifying pace and dynamic creativity will be on display once more.</p>
<h2>Alexandre Lacazette</h2>
<p>Lacazette will hope to see more of the ball in this match but it could come with playing alongside Odegaard and Saka. He will just need to be in the right place at the right times to make use of their creativity.</p>
<h2>Nicolas Pepe</h2>
<p>Anyone but Willian.</p>

More of the same is needed in this match against Wolves.</p>
