Arsene Wenger got the send-off he wanted from the Emirates Stadium, as his side emerged as 5-0 winners over Burnley.

Arsenal took on Burnley in the Premier League this afternoon. It was the final home game of Arsene Wenger’s historic 22 year run, and it was one which would have pleased the French boss.

The game got off to a good start, as the two strikers linked up well. Alex Iwobi fed the ball through to Alexandre Lacazette who drilled a low ball into the feet of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who was never going to miss from such a distance.

Then, right before the first half was up, the Gunners doubled their lead. Hector Bellerin floated a cushioned cross into Alexandre Lacazette, who beat Nick Pope at his near post. It was a terrific first half for Arsenal.

The second half was even better, and Burnley backed off even more. It was Sead Kolasinac who got on the score-sheet early on in the second half, courtesy of fine work from Jack Wilshere.

Just over ten minutes later, Alex Iwobi came up with his tribute for the man who believed in him, by scoring an excellent goal, assisted by Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang who was exceptional today. It was the Gabonese who capped off the scoring in the 75th minute too.

Without further ado, here are my Arsenal player ratings vs Burnley.
